KEY HIGHLIGHTS
- Improved asset management by excluding pending Modbus chargers from standard overview lists and load management sections.
- Enhanced configuration reliability by synchronising UI defaults with core service definitions.
- Resolved an issue where the "Force Minimum" setting could not be disabled at the connector level.
- Added a new optional invoicing reference field to site settings for improved tracking.
NEW & IMPROVED FUNCTIONALITY
Safer Force Minimum Allocation validation
Summary:
The UI now includes an optional “Invoicing Reference” field in the Control Hub. This field is available under the “Edit Site Settings” page and allows customer administrators to enter a reference value for invoicing purposes.
If accounting requires a specific reference (e.g., a PO number) to validate invoices, it should be entered in this field.
BESS operating mode renaming
Summary:
The operating mode previously labelled as "Instantaneous" for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) has been renamed to "Testing" in the UI. This change is purely visual to better reflect the intended use of the mode and does not affect underlying system behaviour.
BUG FIXES
Force Minimum configuration fix
Fix:
Previously, the "Force Minimum" setting in the advanced connector configuration would sometimes remain active even after being toggled off and saved. The system now correctly processes this change, ensuring that disabling the setting successfully clears the minimum allocation and persists the update as expected.
Pending Modbus charger visibility
Fix:
Pending Modbus chargers were previously displayed as "Disconnected" in the live asset overview, which was misleading as their connection status cannot be determined until they are fully provisioned. These chargers are now excluded from standard charging station, connector, and load management asset lists until they are no longer in a pending state.
USER IMPACT
- Operators and Admins: Will see a cleaner asset overview as pending Modbus chargers no longer appear as disconnected assets.
- System Reliability: Configuration drift is reduced as the UI now automatically inherits default values from the core services.
