Issue: FLEX-199: Update switch component

Fix:

The previous implementation of the switch component featured an unselected state that made it difficult to distinguish between active and inactive toggles. The component has been refactored ensuring a clear visual difference when a toggle is switched off.

USER IMPACT

• Visual clarity: Users will notice a slight colour change in the "off" state of toggles across the platform, providing better contrast and making it easier to identify the current status of a setting.
