Chargepoint <CP_ID>: Changed into error state.
Trigger
The charger is reported to be in an error state. The cause may be any of the following, though the list is not exhaustive:
- Charger is has lost connection to HARMON-E, it's offline
- Charger has not reported its state ("Unknown State")
- Charger rejects Smart Charging Profiles
- Charger does not respond to Smart Charging Profiles
Remedy
- Find the cause for the lost connection and re-establish connectivity
- The proxy issues a TriggerMessage, requesting the charger to send a StatusNotification when the connection is (re-)established. Verify that the charger is correctly accepting this message, and more importantly, actually sending a StatusNotification afterwards.
--> The state which the load manager assumes as default can be changed via the Default Status config parameter. - This could have many causes:
- The firmware is not certified and hence the charger needs to be updated
- Some chargers require a specific configuration before they accept Smart Charging Profiles, so check the settings if you can activate Smart Charging on the charger
- Same as the previous steps
