Can’t calculate building consumption because OCPP values is missing

Powermeter <PM_ID>: Can't calculate building consumption because OCPP values missing. Setting cluster limit to safety current.

Trigger

This error occurs only when you applied the indirect method for measuring the building load. The load manager did not receive OCPP MeterValues within the expected period from active chargers, therefore it cannot calculate the building current.

Remedy

Ensure chargers are configured correctly to send the MeterValues.
