Chargepoint didn’t receive OCPP values for 60 seconds

Chargepoint <CP_ID>: Didn't receive OCPP values for <OCPP_VALUES_RECEIVED_TIMEOUT> seconds.

Trigger

The load manager needs OCPP values for Advanced Adaptive Charging (AAC) or dynamic load management. If the load manager does not receive them within 60 seconds, the error occurs.

Remedy

Ensure that the chargers are configured to send MeterValues within 15 or 30 second intervals. If increasing the MeterValues is not possible, the you need to ask for an increase of the OCPP_VALUES_RECEIVED_TIMEOUT parameter via support@flexecharge.com for your charging hub.
