Trigger

The power meter (or another device) is reachable at the IP address, but does not allow the connection. This may occur if the power meter is still booting, or has too many active connections.

Remedy

Wait for the power meter to boot. If the error persists, restart it. Ensure the recommended number active connections to the power meter is not exceeded.
