Unable to set chargingProfile for <CP_ID>-<CONN_ID>: <REASON>
Likely reason
This error occurs when the charger rejects the charging profile sent by the load manager.
The <REASON> is the one provided by the OCPP message.
Potential remedy
Confirm certification
The charger must be able to receive OCPP Smart Charging Profiles TxDefaultProfile and TxProfile. Therefore we officially certify each charging station model which we claim compatibility with. Outdated firmware might be an indication that the charger needs a software update before it is compatible.
Check our list of certified chargers and confirm the firmware is the one listed or a later version.
Activate Smart Charging Profiles
On some chargers, Smart Charging Profiles must first be activated before the charger can receive them from our load manager.
Configure chargingProfiles
The charger does not accept relative chargingProfiles, so change the Schedule Kind in the Advanced Configuration.
The charger does not accept chargingProfiles in Amps, so change the Schedule Unit in the Advanced Configuration
