Kempower

Prepare the chargers by following these actions:

Bring our own SIM card

The proprietary SIM card inside the Kempower charger have a SIM lock in place and hence do not allow the HARMON-E broker use the internet access. Please insert a second SIM without SIM lock to allow for a cloud connection to HARMON-E.

Enable TLS v1.3

In Kempower's ChargeEye backend, you need to manually enable TLS v1.3, otherwise the charging station will not connect. The default setting is that TLS v1.3 is disabled.

Change the schedule unit

Change the Schedule Unit to W in the Advanced configuration of the charging station in HARMON-E. The default setting is A.
