Prerequisites for any charger on HARMON-E – FLEXECHARGE Help Desk

1. Charger is certified for compatibility by FLEXECHARGE

Disable any other load or energy management, as to not interfere with the HARMON-E load manager

To operate perfectly, the load manager requires specific meter values in 15 second intervals from each charger.

Activate the following meter values through your CPMS:

AC Charging Stations	DC Charging Stations
Energy.Active.Import.Register Power.Active.Import Current.Import.L1 Current.Import.L2 Current.Import.L3	Energy.Active.Import.Register Power.Active.Import Current.Import.L1 Current.Import.L2 Current.Import.L3 SoC
Sampled Meter Data Interval
15 Seconds
