Grid Limit
It's a limit that the user sets up manually in HARMON-E at commissioning.
This limit defines the highest physical boundary, which the load manager adheres to. The load manager ensures that the charging stations and building load together do not exceed this limit.
Example:
If the Grid Connection Limit is 100kW, and an external load (e.g. a building on site) draws 75kW, the chargers will get 25kW (100kW - 75kW) allocated.
Charging Limit
In Static Load Management, the Charging Limit represents the maximum power available for charging.
In Dynamic Load Management, the sum of the allocated power for the chargers will not exceed this limit. This can be lower than the Grid Connection Limit.
Available Current
Available current reflects the current capacity within the cluster, adjusting dynamically based on changes such as offline CPs or external load impacts.
Example:
- Cluster 100A: CP(20A) office ---> Available 80A
- External load reduces by 50A --> Available 50A
