Which are the essential parameters for MeterValuesSampledData?

The following parameters are essential for effective DLM:

• Energy.Active.Import.Register (total imported energy)

• Current.Import (real-time current draw)

• Power.Active.Import (real-time active power draw)

• State of Charge (SoC) (useful for DC charging scenarios)

Without access to this full dataset, it is not possible to confirm whether the EVCS has responded to commands from the EMS, nor to understand the current behavior of the EVCS. Therefore, the EVCS must internally update all of these values every second and expose them to the EMS.
